We can powder coat anything from a bolt to large equipment (up to 23 feet long, 8 feet high, and 9 feet wide). Our hybrid system features custom built ovens and a custom built conveyor system. This equipment has been designed to create a more efficient process that produces more parts in less time.
Our conveyor system can accommodate all sizes from one large piece to thousands of small pieces, allowing us to complete custom orders. Additionally, our custom conveyor system provides better quality control because it doesn’t have to be unloaded in a certain amount of time.
To achieve quality powder coating results that last, we complete the following stages:
Pretreatment includes a few steps. First, the parts are cleaned to remove any contaminants like grease or dirt. Next, a chemical coating is applied to improve the powder’s adhesion to a product. This application also helps protect against corrosion and oxidation. The final step includes applying a sealant to prepare for the powder coating application.
Powder coating is applied using a process called electrostatic spray deposition (ESD). During this process, a spray gun applies electrically charged powder to a grounded surface. The powder is “attracted" to the metal components, causing it to adhere to the surface evenly.
After application, the parts are moved to a curing oven. The parts are heated to a high temperature, melting the powder onto the metal. During this process, the powder melts and combines with the metal, creating a smooth finish. Once curing is complete, the parts will cool and go through a final quality inspection.
We offer a variety of textures, colors, and finishes including:
